Spacious room with a comfortable vibe
I had a nice stay with a surprisingly spacious room that was clean and recently updated. The reception process was smooth, and they even provided a portable heater when I found the room a bit chilly at first. It was ideally located near the town center, making it easy to explore local spots. Just a heads up, there’s no on-site parking, which made finding a spot a little tricky.

Nice place with free wi-fi, off-site car park, and tv. The staff helped with my elderly parents during my first stay, showing genuine care. I highly recommend it for a relaxing city break.

Charming Cardigan vibes 🌊
Chommie at reception was lekker, super welcoming and made the whole check-in sharp-sharp. The room was clean and comfy, perfect for a solo travel. Location is great, right near town for kuier spots.
Just a bummer there's no parking on-site, had to haul my bags a bit with the stairs.

Pleasantly surprised by the modern finishing touches in my room and the wonderful bathroom. The bed felt super comfy after a long day. Loved the view overlooking the river from my room, adding a nice touch to the stay. The reception staff greeted me warmly upon arrival, making me feel immediately welcome. the climbing up three flights of steep stairs was exhausting, especially with luggage. there was no lift, which is something to keep in mind. the location was great for exploring Cardigan, but the reception hours were odd and it felt a bit isolating at night.

The rooms were tastefully decorated and had good tea and coffee facilities, which made for a cozy ambiance. Plus, the bed was unexpectedly comfy, definitely a highlight after a long day.
The experience was marred by noticeable noise from adjacent rooms. you could hear every toilet flush. There were two flights of uneven stairs to navigate, not ideal for everyone, and the reception was locked at odd hours, restricting access to the space. parking was a hassle, as on-street options were time-restricted and the nearest car park was unclear on pricing. although the rooms had potential, the uncleanliness in some areas, like the shower head and windows, left much to be desired.

Had a boss stay! The reception staff were sound and really made me feel welcome. My room was spotlessly clean with good tea and coffee facilities. But, mate, climbing all them stairs to get to the room was a bit much!

Clean double rooms, modern bathroom fixtures, close to charming local cafes
The musty smells in the corridors were quite off-putting!!! The lack of lift access to the rooms made hauling luggage extremely inconvenient!!! Reception hours felt very odd and potentially isolating at night!!! No on-site parking creates hassle!!!

the hotel is very competitively priced and just a few mins walk from the town centre, perfect for checking out the local beaches. our double room was super modern and had a nice bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities which were handy. windows were double glazed, so there wasn’t that much road noise. overall, our stay was comfy and met our expectations, and the receptionist was really helpful when we checked in.
the hotel only has a concierge between 3pm-9pm, which felt a bit off since outside those hours it’s like the place closed down. also, there’s a lack of food options, so you gotta go out for meals.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, the absence of convenient access severely impacted the stay. Friendly staff added a personal touch, yet navigating the uncertain reception hours was a hassle. Traditional Greek food options were a pleasant surprise, enhancing the overall experience.
